We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, cheque, money orders and email direct deposit (for Canadian residents). If you would like to pay by money order or cheque, please contact us to arrange payment. Your order will not be shipped until we receive your payment and it has been processed/cleared. Shipping: All orders will automatically be shipped via Canada Post by regular mail, or by Express Courier by your request. For express orders, please contact us for more information, estimates and to order. Damages & Shortages: If damage occurs, have box and merchandise inspected by delivering carrier and notify us immediately. (SAVE container with merchandise). Any shortages & damages must be reported within 48 hours. Contact us to discuss the problem and to arrange for replacement products. Returns: You must return your order unused within 30 days of receipt. All items must be unused, in re-sellable condition and in original packaging. You must first phone us to discuss the problem.
